The Most Important Step To Influencing Others

Do you want to effectively influence others?  Before you go down a laundry list of all you know about a subject, start by explaining why you are so passionate about that subject.  As Teddy Roosevelt said, “No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.”  Where in your life could you shift your goal from being known as an expert in a particular area to being known as the most passionate AND informed person in a particular area/field/subject/cause?
